Louis F. Karger
Founder / Managing Director
Role at Panther: Lou is the founder and Managing Director of Panther Residential Management and responsible for the overall vision, strategic direction, and management of the firm's business activities. He oversees all facets of the organization with a focus on investment initiatives, capital raising, development objectives and asset management. Since founding PRM in 2009, Lou has been responsible for raising approximately $700 million in private equity capital, managing $3.27 billion in transactions, and developing 45 apartment communities that include over 12,500 individual apartments.
Relevant Experiences: Prior to PRM, Lou spent 16 years in the real estate business and was a co-founder of (i) Compass Realty Associates, a private equity real estate firm that owns and manages approximately one million square feet of property throughout the New England region, and (ii) Compass Realty Partners, LLC, an $80 million real estate investment fund.
Education/Affiliations: Lou is a graduate of Boston University where he received a B.S. in Hospitality Administration. He is active in the Boston community and currently serves on the board of directors at AYR Wellness. Previously, he served on the board of directors for the Association of Starwood Franchisees of North America (ASFONA), the Starwood North American Owners Advisory Council, and the Boston University Hillel Steering Committee.

Eric J. Wardrop
Director / Principal
Role at Panther: Eric is a Principal at Panther Residential Management and serves as Director, overseeing its development, acquisition, and disposition platform. His responsibilities include new opportunity sourcing, entitlements, financing, and overall transaction execution. Eric also manages the firm's construction and risk management programs. Since joining the firm in 2009, he has led the acquisition and development of over 9,000 apartment units across seven states, representing over $2.0 billion in total capitalization.
Relevant Experiences: Prior to PRM, Eric oversaw the Southeast multifamily division for Signature Investments, a national multifamily developer, owner, and operator. He was responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities, including market and asset level analysis. Eric started his career at Interstate Commercial, a full service commercial real estate firm specializing in ground-up development and site location needs for national retailers and franchise operators. While at Interstate Commercial, he was directly involved in over 40 ground-up development projects throughout Southeastern Florida.
Education/Affiliations: Eric earned a B.B.A from Drexel University with a concentration in Finance and Economics.

Adam Dudley
Director of Property Management
Role at Panther: As Director of Property Management Adam provides leadership, vision, and direction to the property management division of the organization. He is responsible for overseeing the management, leasing, maintenance and marketing of Panther Residential's entire portfolio. Adam directs and monitors the short-term and long-term property business plans in coordination with the executive management team.
Relevant Experiences: Adam has more than 20+ years of experience in property management. He has served in management, supervisory, and leadership roles across the Southeast and Texas at Greystar, The Lynd Company, Bell Partners, and CF Lane (formerly The Lane Company). Adam has been involved in numerous property transitions, lease ups, re-positioning and sales and has managed or supervised over 13,000 apartments in his career. His strengths are in maximizing revenue opportunities for owners, cultivating teams, and strategic planning.
Education/Affiliations: Adam holds a real estate license in the state of Georgia, a Community Association Managers license in the state of Florida, a Certified Apartment Manager designation with the National Apartment Association and is a Certified Property Manager candidate with IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management). He also currently serves on the Legislative Committee for the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando.

Richard W. Greene
Director
Role at Panther: Rich focuses on business development, industry related research, corporate communications and investor relations for Panther Residential Management.
Relevant Experiences: Rich brings 37 years of experience in wealth management, was the founder and Managing Principal of Centerpoint Advisors - a Registered Investment Advisory firm based in Needham, MA - and holds the FINRA Series 63 and 65 licenses.
Education/Affiliations: Rich earned a B.S. in Political Science with a minor in Economics from Brandeis University and serves on several nonprofit advisory boards.

Morgan Blum
Director of Operations
Role at Panther: Morgan oversees the cross-functional execution of Panther's development, construction, leasing, and property management activities. He is responsible for formulating short and long-term asset management strategies as well as defining and implementing capital improvement agendas across the portfolio.
Relevant Experiences: Mr. Blum has 20 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, development, leasing, and sales, and prior to joining Panther he directed operational activities for one of New England's largest privately held real estate companies.
Education/Affiliations: Morgan is a graduate of Milton Academy, Wesleyan University, and Suffolk University Law School. He is Of-Counsel to the Pink Whales Foundation, a Boston-based charitable organization involved in raising money for ALS research and treatment.

Ashley Stiles
Chief Accounting Officer
Role at Panther: Ashley is the chief accounting officer for PRM. She manages the company's financial statements, general ledger, accounts payable & receivable, budgeting, tax compliance and special analysis. She is also responsible for investor capital accounts and distributions.
Relevant Experiences: Ashley has more than ten years of accounting experience in the multifamily real estate management and development industry.
Education/Affiliations: Ashley holds a B.A. from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA and an M.S. in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University. She is a Certified Management Accountant and serves as Treasurer of the NH Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants.

Per A. Oines
Finance & Accounting
Role at Panther: Per is an accounting and finance professional with over 25 years of experience in the real estate, retail, and hospitality industries. He advises Panther's accounting department on internal policies and procedures, periodic financial reporting, investor capital accounts and distributions, and special projects.
Relevant Experiences: Per previously served as controller at Panther Residential Management LLC and Compass Realty, LLC, a private equity real estate firm the currently owns and/or manages 1 million square feet of property throughout New England. Additionally, he worked as controller for Compass Realty Partners, LLC, an $80 million real estate investment fund with assets exceeding 1 million square feet, including auto dealerships and retail shopping centers throughout New England; for Karger Realty, Inc.; and for Four Points Sheraton Boston Logan Airport.
Education/Affiliations: Per holds a B.S in Accounting and Finance from Oslo Economic College in Oslo, Norway.

Joy Nardone
Director of Human Resources
Role at Panther: Joy leads key HR functions, including benefits administration, change management, compliance, policy development and managing the employee's life cycle. She focuses on fostering a positive work culture, aligning HR practices with organizational goals, and driving continuous improvement across HR processes.
Relevant Experiences: Joy has over 20 years of experience in the restaurant operations industry, including director-level experience, and 8 years of progressive HR experience in both small businesses and large corporations.
Education/Affiliations: Joy holds a B.S. from Westfield State University and a Professional in Human Resources Certification from HRCI.

Deborah Wyrick
Investor Relations
Role at Panther: Deborah serves as the Manager of Investor Relations, where her responsibilities include supporting and growing partner relationship as well as serving as liaison between management and investors. She oversees the investor subscription process and helps facilitate fundraising and the production and distribution of investor communications and distributions.
Relevant Experiences: Deborah has been a licensed real estate agent since 2006 and maintains a Massachusetts Real Estate License. She began her career in the legal field where she spent a decade assisting attorneys in construction litigation relating to architects and engineers. Following her legal career, she handled business development and supported senior level executives for architecture and engineering firms.
Education/Affiliations: Deborah holds a degree in Paralegal Studies and studied interior architecture at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.

Christian Jensen
AVP of Capital Markets and Investments
Role at Panther: Christian is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and closing new acquisitions at PRM. He also oversees the strategy, implementation, and oversight of debt and equity-related activities within the firm.
Relevant Experiences: Christian has been directly involved in the acquisition, development, and disposition of more than 6,700 units with a total capitalization of more than $1.7 billion. He has also completed over 600,000 sf of special purpose real estate transactions, with a value exceeding $175 million.
Education/Affiliations: Christian is a graduate of Tilton School and the University of New Hampshire, where he earned a B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Financial Economics. He is an emerging leader of Boston's Real Estate Finance Association (REFA).

Jay Michelin
VP of Acquisitions and Development
Role at Panther: Jay is responsible for the financial analysis and modeling of the firm's investment opportunities as well as deal execution. He manages the acquisition, development and disposition process for the firm's assets. He is also responsible for actively managing the investment strategy for the firm's existing assets throughout the hold period. Since joining PRM in 2015, Mr. Michelin has been directly involved in the acquisition, development and disposition of over 8,200 units with a total capitalization value of more than $2.85 billion.
Relevant Experience: Jay began his career as an intern at Panther in 2015 while completing his undergraduate degree. Jay joined Panther full-time in 2017.
Education/Affiliations: Jay earned a B.S.B.A. from Boston University's Questrom School of Business with a double concentration in Finance and Real Estate Finance.

Stephanie Andrews
Sr. Regional Manager
Role at Panther: As a Regional Manager, Stephanie currently oversees properties in the Atlanta, Rincon (Savannah) and Charleston Markets. She is responsible for overseeing management, leasing and maintenance of this portfolio. Stephanie is passionate about the onsite teams and is dedicated to providing the residents with a place they will be happy to call home. She has a strong focus on financials and maximizing revenue growth.
Relevant Experiences: Stephanie joined Panther Residential Management in 2011. She has more than 20 years of multifamily experience in the Southeast. Her competence lies in stabilized and lease-up assets. Prior to joining Panther, Stephanie held positions at Davis Development and Greystar.
Education: Stephanie attended Gordon State College and holds a PMIC license for the state of South Carolina.

Amanda Mackling
Regional Manager
Role at Panther: As a Regional Manager, Amanda works directly with the Atlanta-based management team to maintain short and long-term goals under the direction of the executive management team. Amanda has an accounting background which allows her to have a strong focus on financials and identify opportunities to maximize revenue growth. Amanda's background and leadership experience has made Panther successful throughout the southeast markets.
Relevant Experiences: Amanda joined Panther Residential Management in 2013. Amanda brings more than 13 years of experience with a diverse background in property management ranging from affordable housing to luxury high-rise communities. Working in the industry in multiple facets has allowed Amanda to bring onsite experience to the executive decision-making process. Prior to property management, Amanda spent time in accounting roles with various project management companies.
Education/Affiliations: Amanda holds a Housing Credit Certified Professional designation and has completed her Certified Apartment Manager courses under the National Apartment Association.

Regional Manager
Role at Panther: Christy is a Regional Manager at Panther Residential Management, where she oversees occupancy, revenue growth, and expense control. In addition, she provides leadership and support to onsite, corporate, and partnership teams, to achieve asset specific goals.
Relevant Experiences: Christy is a seasoned multi-family property management professional with 20+ years' experience managing stabilized, value-add and distressed assets. Expertise includes portfolio oversight, leading high performing teams, maximizing NOI, budgeting and forecasting.
Education/Affiliations: Christy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Embry- Riddle Aeronautical University, is a licensed Community Association Manager with the Florida DBPR and holds a state of Florida Notary License.

Relevant Experiences: With nearly 20 years of experience in the industry, Vanessa began her career in student housing before transitioning into multi-family. She worked her way through various onsite roles, gaining a deep understanding of operations and resident needs. Her passion for connecting people with their perfect homes led her to the marketing side of the business, where she has excelled for over five years. Vanessa brings a wealth of industry knowledge and strategic insight to her role, helping to drive innovative marketing initiatives and enhance brand presence.
Education/Affiliations: Vanessa earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing from Georgia Gwinnett College.
